Concept’s customer support center is dedicated to providing you with prompt and world-class support for your technical and application needs. Located in Mississauga, Ontario Canada, our customer support team provides flexible, comprehensive service to North American clients.
Our team is comprised of vendor certified, highly trained and customer-oriented professionals with broad experience and backgrounds in business management, accounting, system and network infrastructure and, of course, and the material handling industry.
Through several various support options, the customer support center can provide access to our professionals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. The support center is backed by full escalation program for issue investigation and resolution. We use a sophisticated call-tracking database to quickly open new support incidents, view existing incidents, or view incident histories. Customers are provided with a username/password for access to our customer login web portal. Customers can update their account/profile; access customer newsletters, regulatory information, or product documentation; download product updates user manuals; view upcoming training sessions or user group meetings; and submit product enhancement suggestions.
