Concept wins outsourcing contract
J.H. Ryder Machinery Limited, an international distributor and repair center for Clark, Nissan and Crown forklift trucks and a long time Unisys client, awarded a seven-year outsourcing contract to Concept Management Services Inc. (CMSI), a division of Concept Computer Corporation. J.H. Ryder was looking for ways to substantially reduce their Information Technology (IT) cost while maintaining Mapper application integrity and software development projects. CMSI delivered on their objectives by providing outsourcing and software services on their Unisys Clearpath system. Besides the savings, J.H. Ryder was even more impressed with how quickly and easily CMSI performed the system cutover from their existing 2200 System. Even with the relocation of fourteen networks, the weekend transition went flawlessly.
