Concept to develop and host
Oracle-based Preventative Maintenance program
to track and control J.H. Ryder Machinery's extensive and growing lift truck maintenance division
Mississauga, ON - August 20, 1999 - Concept Management Services Inc. (Concept) today announced that it was chosen to develop a comprehensive preventative maintenance system for J.H. Ryder Machinery Limited. This system is to replace an existing legacy program that has been used for a number of years but requires some major rework to adapt to Ryder's growing maintenance division consisting of thousands of trucks as well as Y2K compliancy work.
The new Oracle-based program will be easy to use but fully featured to accommodate the basic work-order creation and tracking requirements of all of Ryder's branch administrators yet will be sophisticated enough to provide informative and powerful reports and graphs for all levels of management enabling them to analyze work-order completion, profitability, labour utilization and labour balancing.
As part of the overall service, Concept will host the Oracle server at its Mississauga data center and provide on-going helpdesk support for Ryder's 15 branches throughout Ontario and Quebec.
