Concept to provide Business Continuity services for LandCanada Limited, a leader in providing real estate document processing and title insurance
Mississauga, ON - August 23, 2002 - Concept Management Services Inc. (Concept) today announced a multi-year business continuity agreement with Toronto-based LandCanada Limited to provide comprehensive Disaster Recovery Support and tape vault services for their six offices across Canada.
Through this agreement, Concept provides a number of hot standby backup servers, workstations and required network communication all within a secure facility complete with CCTV security and backup diesel generator. Other enterprise backup servers within the facility include Unisys and IBM.
"Events over the year have made Canadian businesses seriously think about the impact of a business disruption within their own technology department and organization as well as their clients" Concept president Jim Natterer said. "Our job is to provide them with the tools to deal with a disruption and their job is to have a recovery plan and test their preparedness regularly".
